Specialized Bodywork - Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle form of massage used to stimulate the lymphatic system, helping to reduce swelling and inflammation. It is performed with slow, rhythmic movements and light pressure. When the lymphatic system is disrupted, lymph can collect in your arms, legs, ankles or other parts of your body, making them swell. A massage therapist trained in lymphatic drainage uses techniques to move lymph from your arms and legs to your lymph nodes to ease this swelling. Lymphatic massage can be used to relieve:
Digestive bloating
Headache
Brain Fog
Post-surgical Swelling
Chronic Sinus Infections
Fatigue
